This role has arisen due to continued growth within the department and the firm's ongoing commitment to developing its specialist contentious probate offering. You'll take on a varied caseload of inheritance disputes, challenges to wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, trust disputes, proprietary estoppel matters and executor/beneficiary disputes. You'll be joining a supportive environment where knowledge sharing and mentoring are genuinely valued, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their expertise in this specialist area. About You • Qualified Solicitor with experience in Contentious Probate or closely related Private Client Litigation • A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within this specialist practice area • Strong technical ability with excellent client care and communication skills • ACTAPS accreditation is welcomed but not essential.
