Job description

I am recruiting on behalf of a leading regional L500 law firm, with national recognition, for a senior level Contentious Probate Solicitor at Partner level. The firm's contentious probate practice is a growing and strategic priority. Under strong leadership, the team advises on complex estate, will and trust litigation, Inheritance Act claims, proprietary estoppel and agricultural succession disputes. The Role This is a senior-level appointment - either at director or junior partner level, depending on experience - to help shape and grow the firm's inheritance and trust disputes team.
