Contentious Probate and Commercial Litigation Solicitor (4-8 PQE) – Hertfordshire – Regional Law Firm – £55,000-£75,000 Experienced Litigator looking for a change? A respected regional law firm is looking to appoint a Contentious Probate & Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution team. Working alongside experienced Partners, you'll handle a varied and complex caseload while playing a key role in the continued growth of the department. The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor who enjoys a broad litigation practice and is looking for greater responsibility, exposure to high-quality work and a clear route for career progression. You'll manage your own caseload while collaborating with senior lawyers on a wide range of contentious matters, including: • Contentious Probate and Trust disputes • Will validity challenges • Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims • Executor and trustee disputes • Trust of Land (TOLATA) claims • Contentious Court of Protection matters • Commercial contract disputes • Shareholder and partnership disputes • Professional negligence claims • Real estate litigation • Contentious insolvency • Intellectual property disputes You'll have the opportunity to advise clients from initial instruction through to resolution, including negotiation, mediation and court proceedings where required.
