Contract & Pricing Administrator (Temporary) Location: Newbury Contract: Temporary Assignment (Immediate Start – end of December 2026) Hours: Full-Time, working 9.00am – 5.00pm , Hybrid 1-2 days in the office Salary: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator on behalf of a well-known company based in Newbury. This is an excellent temporary opportunity for someone who is available to start immediately and can commit to the assignment through to the end of December 2026. This role offers the chance to become part of a supportive team where you can make a real contribution, gain valuable experience, and develop your skills across both contract administration and wider business functions. Position Summary The Contract Administrator will support the Commercial Services team, with a primary focus on the accurate application of Tender and Contract pricing within the company's Oracle ERP system. The role also involves carrying out operational compliance checks to ensure pricing accuracy, data integrity, and process quality. This position would suit a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data, can meet deadlines, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Skills & Experience Required Essential: • Intermediate Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Formulas. • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. • Strong administrative and organisational skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
