Job description

Contracts Coordinator £30,000 per annum Woking (Must drive due to location) Are you an organised administrator with experience coordinating contractors, maintenance teams or property-related services? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping projects running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity. We are looking for a Contracts Coordinator to provide vital support to a busy contracts team, ensuring work is planned, scheduled and delivered efficiently. Key responsibilities: • Coordinate subcontractors, temporary staff and site schedules • Arrange plant, equipment hire and waste collections • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships • Schedule site visits, inspections and follow-up works • Support with project administration and documentation • Prepare and update project paperwork, including RAMS • Handle client enquiries and provide excellent customer service • Maintain accurate records and ensure all administration is completed to a high standard What we are looking for: • At least 2 years' administration experience within a contractor, maintenance, facilities, construction or property environment • Experience coordinating engineers, contractors or field-based teams • Excellent organisational and communication skills • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are looking for a varied coordination role where no two days are the same, apply today to find out more.
