Contracts Manager

Now in the market for an Contracts Manager to join an established contractor specialising in Facades & Cladding delivering high-quality projects across commercial and residential projects, predominantly remedial projects. Due to continued expansion, our client is now seeking an experienced and driven Contracts Manager to oversee and enhance their delivery operations. As a senior manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operational performance of up to 6 live projects simultaneously, with the project values between £1m - £3m You’ll ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a senior leadership role within a growing contractor, requiring strong industry knowledge, team management, and commercial awareness, reporting into the Director of the business.
