Residential Conveyancer (CILEX) Location: Doncaster Salary: Competitive + Benefits Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity A well-established and respected law firm in Doncaster is looking to recruit a CILEX-qualified Residential Conveyancer to join its busy property team. The Role You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including: • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases • Re-mortgages • Transfers of equity • New build transactions You will deal directly with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
