HR Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Onsite | Doncaster
Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9:30am–2:30pm)
Salary: £20,000k
Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join a dynamic team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a varied role supporting HR and some payroll functions. This company is going through a lot of growth at the moment, attention to detail is key.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring employee records are accurate, compliance requirements are met, and payroll information is processed correctly. We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and someone the team can rely on to keep processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support across HR and payroll functions.
• Input and maintain accurate employee information on internal HR and payroll systems.
• Assist with payroll administration, ensuring employee data is up to date and accurate.
• Complete new starter administration, including issuing paperwork and updating systems.
• Carry out pre-employment and compliance checks, including right to work documentation and driving licence checks.
• Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files in line with company procedures.
• Ensure all compliance documentation is current and appropriately recorded.
• Support with onboarding and general HR administration.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement more efficient ways of working.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.
Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience in an HR, Payroll, or Administration role.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent levels of accuracy.
• Experience using HR or payroll systems is desirable.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Trustworthy, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to improve processes and keep systems organised and up to date.
