HR Administrator (12 Month FTC)
• Location: Milton Keynes
• Job Type: Full-time (12 Month FTC)
• Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the HR Administration Manager, this role involves managing a wide range of administrative tasks within the HR department, ensuring high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence for the HR Department, maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
• Review and release HR documents such as Offer letters, Statement of Main Terms, and Contract Amendments in Workday.
• Troubleshoot Workday for HR-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with Right to Work requirements for new employees, liaising with the Payroll Department and operational venues as necessary.
• Conduct online checks with the Employment Checking Service to ensure the ongoing legality of employees with restricted work permissions in the UK.
• Manage administrative and legislative requirements for employees’ maternity matters, including correspondence and coordination with the Payroll Department.
• Generate and analyse data reports from Workday to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist operational management with administrative tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, and other HR activities.
• Handle enquiries relating to current or former employees in line with company policy and legal obligations.
• Create and deliver HR KPIs to Area Management monthly.
• Provide cover for other administrative roles within the wider HR team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word - intermediate, Excel - intermediate).
• Ability to assess, manipulate, and analyse data.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks through to completion.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
