Conveyancing Solicitor (Residential Property) - Leicester / Loughborough Hybrid Opportunities Experienced Conveyancing Solicitor | Residential Property | Leasehold | New Build Are you an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor looking for your next opportunity within a growing Residential Property team? We're currently working with a well-respected East Midlands firm that is recruiting for a talented Residential Property Solicitor with strong experience in leasehold property transactions and New Build conveyancing. While post-qualification experience is flexible, we're particularly interested in candidates who have the technical expertise to confidently manage these specialist areas. The Role This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and supportive conveyancing team handling a broad range of residential property matters. Your caseload will include: • Buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties • New build transactions • Leasehold conveyancing • Transfers of equity • Remortgages • Lease extensions • Managing files from instruction through to completion • Delivering exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing process You'll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative and professional environment. About You We're keen to hear from qualified Solicitors/Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives who have: • Experience managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion • Strong technical knowledge of leasehold conveyancing • Experience handling new build property transactions • Excellent client care and communication skills • Strong organisational and case management abilities • A proactive and commercially minded approach • A genuine passion for residential property law Applications are welcomed from candidates with varying levels of post-qualification experience. Experience and capability are more important than a specific number of years qualified.
