Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer - 3+ PQEAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Accredited Chartered Legal Executive to join a busy and supportive Commercial & Residential Property team. This role offers the chance to handle a varied caseload of both commercial and residential property matters within a collaborative and dynamic working environment. The successful candidate will work with a broad client base including landlords, tenants, developers and investors, providing expert legal advice across a wide range of property transactions. The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for: • Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters • Handling acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord & tenant matters • Advising clients on all aspects of commercial and residential property law • Drafting and negotiating leases, tenancy agreements and related legal documentation • Conducting property due diligence and advising on property transactions • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates should have: • A minimum of 3 years PQE within Commercial and Residential Property • Experience handling a varied caseload including: • Property transactions • Leases • Landlord & Tenant matters • Property disputes • Strong working knowledge of property law and current market developments • Experience using Case Management Systems, Laserforms and the Land Registry Portal (essential) • Excellent communication and client care skills • Strong negotiation and organisational abilities • A proactive and commercially minded approach • The ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team • Experience managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Desirable Experience • Previous experience within a CQS accredited firm • Experience using Infotrack • Exposure to high-value property transactions or complex landlord & tenant matters • Knowledge of planning, development or property finance matters Benefits • Competitive salary and benefits package • Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities • Supportive and collaborative working environment • Flexible working arrangements available
