Conveyancing Fee Earner – Mansfield SJC Legal is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded regional law firm in the search for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its established team in Mansfield. Our client has built an excellent reputation across the Midlands over several decades and is recognised for providing high-quality legal services to both individuals and businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and supportive Residential Property department with a consistent flow of quality work and an excellent support structure in place. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, including: • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases • Remortgages • Transfers of equity • New build transactions • Shared ownership matters • Help to Buy transactions You will work closely with colleagues across the wider property team while maintaining a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process. About You To be considered, you will: • Have previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload. • Possess excellent organisational and communication skills. • Be able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrate a client-focused approach and strong attention to detail. • Be confident building and maintaining relationships with clients and introducers.
