This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and supportive Residential Property department with a consistent flow of quality work and an excellent support structure in place. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, including: • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases • Remortgages • Transfers of equity • New build transactions • Shared ownership matters • Help to Buy transactions You will work closely with colleagues across the wider property team while maintaining a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process. About You To be considered, you will: • Have previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload. • Possess excellent organisational and communication skills. • Be able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrate a client-focused approach and strong attention to detail. • Be confident building and maintaining relationships with clients and introducers.
