The Reward • Up to £35,000pa Depending on Experience • Discretionary Annual Bonus • Support in Gaining Professional Qualifications if Required • Pension • Supportive, Friendly & Collaborative Environment • Plenty of CPD & Career Progression Opportunities • 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays • 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday The Role • Using your knowledge and experience of working as a Paralegal in Residential Conveyancing to support the teams of Fee Earners and Solicitors in their duties, ensuring File Management with attention to detail and timely Completions for clients • Liaising with all parties concerned as appropriate on both Sales and Purchases The Person • Must be from a similar background, with a good understanding of Residential Conveyancing • Ideally will have a good knowledge of the procedures surrounding either Post Exchange and Post Completion (or both) • Possess a confident and professional telephone manner • Be highly literate, able to converse professionally both in writing and verbally • Be a team player, always working towards a common goal
