About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a busy and well-established Residential Property team. The successful candidate will provide support to experienced fee earners while assisting with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years' experience within a residential conveyancing environment who is looking to further develop their legal career within a supportive and professional team. Key Responsibilities • Assisting fee earners with a range of residential conveyancing matters. • Supporting the progression of conveyancing files from instruction through to completion. • Drafting legal documents and correspondence. • Preparing contracts, transfer documents, completion statements, and Land Registry applications. • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and other third parties in a professional and efficient manner. • Assisting with exchange and completion processes. • Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. • Supporting the team with administrative duties and case management tasks. • Using case management systems to maintain and progress matters. Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will have: • A minimum of 2 years' experience within a Residential Conveyancing team. • Experience supporting fee earners across a range of conveyancing transactions. • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. • Excellent communication and client care skills. • The ability to prioritise workload effectively in a busy environment. • Experience using a case management system would be advantageous. • A proactive, professional, and team-focused approach.
