We're working with a modern, well-established regional law firm in Worthing that is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join its growing Residential Leasehold team. The Role You'll play a key role in supporting experienced fee earners with a varied caseload of residential leasehold matters, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: • Assisting with residential leasehold sales and purchases. • Preparing legal documentation and correspondence. • Liaising with clients, estate agents, managing agents and lenders. • Reviewing leasehold documentation and raising enquiries. • Managing files and maintaining accurate case records. • Supporting fee earners throughout the conveyancing process. • Providing an efficient and professional service to clients. About You We're looking for someone who has: • Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within Residential Property or Conveyancing. • Ideally, exposure to leasehold transactions. • Excellent organisational and communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. • A proactive approach with a genuine interest in developing a career in property law. • Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
