Are you looking to build a long-term career in Commercial Property with a firm that genuinely invests in its people? A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Walsall is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal to support a busy and growing team handling a mix of residential development and general commercial property matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with some legal property experience who is keen to develop their technical skills, gain exposure to high-quality work and progress their career within a supportive and family-friendly environment. The Role Working closely with experienced solicitors, you will assist on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including: • Residential development matters • Commercial acquisitions and disposals • Landlord and tenant work • Commercial leases • Property finance transactions • Due diligence and title investigations • Drafting legal documents and correspondence • Liaising with clients, agents and third parties • Managing files and supporting fee earners throughout transactions About You The firm would welcome applications from candidates who have: • Previous experience within a property law environment (commercial property, residential conveyancing or mixed property matters) • Strong organisational and administrative skills • Excellent communication and client care abilities • A proactive and positive approach to work • Ambitions to develop a long-term legal career Experience within commercial property is advantageous, but candidates with residential conveyancing experience looking to transition into commercial property are also encouraged to apply.
