The Role You will manage a high-quality and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including: • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases • High-value and complex property transactions • Re-mortgages and transfers of equity • New build and off-plan purchases • Lease extensions and enfranchisement matters You will act for high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers, providing a seamless and efficient service from instruction through to completion.
