Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive Location: Peacehaven, East Sussex Working Pattern: Hybrid The Opportunity A modern and well-established law firm in Peacehaven is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy and friendly conveyancing team. This role offers the chance to work within a forward-thinking environment that values efficiency, flexibility and high-quality client service, supported by modern systems and procedures. The Role You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to file closing, dealing with a full range of transactions, including: • Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) • Re-mortgages • Transfers of equity • New build and associated residential matters You will be expected to handle matters independently while maintaining a high standard of client care and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
