This is an excellent opportunity for a confident corporate lawyer looking to work within a supportive, professional and flexible firm, offering high-quality work, client exposure and strong long-term development prospects. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are available. The Role You will manage a varied and high-quality corporate and commercial caseload, acting for a broad range of businesses and stakeholders. Typical matters will include: • Purchase and sale of businesses • Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) • Joint venture and investment agreements • Shareholder agreements • Commercial contracts and terms of business The role offers autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to build strong client relationships, while being supported by a collaborative and well-resourced team.
