Corporate Insolvency Administrator Location: Manchester Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Company Overview A Top 20 firm of Insolvency Practitioners, with a strong national presence and an excellent reputation within the market, is seeking a Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join its Manchester office. The firm works on a diverse portfolio of cases across multiple sectors and offers a highly professional and supportive working environment. The Role As a Corporate Insolvency Administrator, you will support the delivery of a wide range of corporate insolvency assignments, gaining exposure to complex and high-profile cases. Working closely with experienced Managers and Insolvency Practitioners, you will play a key role in progressing cases efficiently and maintaining high compliance standards. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the management of corporate insolvency cases, including Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, and Liquidations • Prepare statutory documentation, reports to creditors, and general correspondence • Liaise with directors, creditors, solicitors, and other key stakeholders • Support investigations into company affairs and director conduct • Assist with asset realisations, including debtor collections and asset disposals • Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with insolvency legislation and best practice • Work closely with senior staff to progress cases from appointment through to closure Requirements • Previous experience within corporate insolvency is essential • Strong understanding of insolvency processes and legislation • Studying towards CPI/ICAEW Certificate in Insolvency (desirable) • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines • Experience using insolvency case management systems What’s on Offer • Competitive salary with performance-related bonus • Opportunity to work within a Top 20 firm on complex and high-profile cases • Full study support for professional qualifications • Clear career progression pathway • Supportive and collaborative team culture • Flexible working options (where applicable) How to Apply If you are an experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrator looking to take the next step in your career within a leading firm in Manchester, we would be keen to hear from you.
