Description The Corporate Solicitor will be: • Advising on a range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions • Supporting on multi-million pound deals from inception to completion • Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents • Working closely with clients to provide commercially focused advice • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless legal services Profile We are looking for Solicitors with at least 1 seat of corporate experience - up to Legal Director level!
