Working alongside leading corporate lawyers, you'll advise on a diverse range of transactions including M&A, reorganisations, disposals and shareholder matters while developing your career within a supportive and growing practice. Description The Corporate Solicitor will be: • Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions across a variety of sectors. • Leading and supporting due diligence exercises on corporate transactions. • Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and related corporate documentation. • Assisting with business disposals, restructurings and corporate reorganisations. • Building and maintaining strong client relationships whilst supporting business development initiatives. Profile The Corporate Solicitor should be: • A solicitor or equivalent with 0-3 years' PQE in corporate law. • Experienced in M&A transactions and corporate due diligence projects. • Skilled in drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and transaction documents. • Familiar with disposals, reorganisations and general corporate advisory work. • Commercially minded with strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Motivated to develop within a high-performing and ambitious corporate practice.
