Your new company Hays Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Barnet to recruit a confident and motivated Cover Supervisor for a September 2026 start.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain valuable classroom experience within a secondary school setting. The role would suit graduates considering a future career in teaching, experienced Cover Supervisors, or individuals with transferable experience working with young people. Your new role As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring students remain engaged in learning and complete the work set by their teacher.You will play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting the school's high standards of behaviour and achievement.
