Cover Supervisor

Prospero Teaching is working with a large number of secondary schools across North London, that regularly book Cover Supervisors through us. We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and reliable individuals who are seeking flexible day-to-day work, with opportunities to work around their availability. Contract Details Location: North London Position: Cover Supervisor Start Date: September 2026 starts available Contract Type: Flexible, day-to-day supply Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm (may vary depending on the school's needs) Pay: GBP100 - GBP130 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications Schedule: Flexible - choose the days you are available to work Role Responsibilities · Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher · Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain on task · Managing classroom behaviour effectively · Providing support to students and maintaining a positive learning environment · Following school policies and procedures To Be Eligible for This Role Through Prospero Teaching, You Must: · Have the Right to Work in the UK · Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one · Provide two professional references covering the last two years If you are looking for flexible work and would like to gain experience across a variety of secondary schools in North London, please apply with a copy of your up-to-date CV.
