Job description

We are seeking confident, reliable individuals to support secondary schools in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. This role requires professionalism, clear communication, and the ability to manage a classroom environment effectively. Working across a network of secondary schools, you will deliver pre-set lessons, ensure students remain engaged, and uphold school expectations. This is not a teaching role; instead, it focuses on supervision, behaviour management, and providing a consistent, supportive presence in the classroom.
