This is a hands-on role focused on generating and shaping content ideas that drive attention, engagement, and conversion across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities Content Ideation & Strategy • Own the content ideas pipeline for top-tier creators, producing a consistent flow of high-performing concepts • Develop hooks, angles, and narratives tailored to each creator’s brand, audience, and platform • Ensure creators always have a clear and evolving content direction based on trends and performance data Creative Team Leadership • Lead, manage, and develop a small creative team (3 assistants) • Assign tasks, review output, and maintain quality standards across all creative work • Set benchmarks for creative excellence and coach the team to improve output quality and speed Editing & Production Collaboration • Work closely with editors to translate ideas into polished, platform-optimised content • Collaborate with camera and production teams to improve shot composition, pacing, and visual storytelling • Provide clear briefs and direction to ensure alignment between creative vision and execution Scripting & Content Development • Oversee the scripting pipeline, ensuring hooks and narratives remain fresh and conversion-focused • Continuously refine scripting frameworks and test new formats to improve performance Trend Research & Innovation • Research trends, cultural moments, and platform shifts across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube • Adapt emerging trends into scalable content frameworks for creators • Maintain a library of high-performing formats, hooks, and structures • Stay ahead of algorithm and platform changes, feeding insights into creative strategy Person Specification Skills & Experience • Great understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content dynamics • Proven ability to generate high volumes of original, platform-native content ideas • Experience leading or mentoring a small team • Comfortable using AI tools for ideation, scripting, or research • Strong communication skills and confidence working across creative and operational teams Personal Attributes • Naturally creative with strong intuition for viral content • Proactive and self-motivated, able to take initiative without direction • Calm and effective in fast-paced, feedback-driven environments • Strong attention to detail with high creative standards • Collaborative and open to feedback and iteration • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with shifting priorities Additional Info • 28 days paid leave (20 holiday days + 8 public holidays) • Workplace pension scheme (5% employee / 3% employer) • Gym membership with spa and sauna access • Learning & development budget • Regular team events and company trips • Hybrid working available post-probation • Full provision of required tools and equipment • Based in Chessington Refer a friend and earn £100!
