Crew Leader - Moxy Glasgow Merchant City This position is based on a full time contract. Gross Salary - £31366 Confident communicator comfortable in a fast-paced service focused role. Main Tasks and responsibilities • Helping guests and creating positive experiences • Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way • Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way • Manage all bills and payments correctly • Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas • Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely • Supporting other Crew Members • Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things: • Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude • Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests • Skilled multi tasker who can balance hard work with great service • Know being relaxed isn't the same as being lazy • Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
