Key Responsibilities • Develop and deliver CRM strategies across multiple channels. • Manage customer lifecycle campaigns and automated journeys. • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights. • Work closely with clients and internal teams to drive results. • Support CRM optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives. About You • Around 3 years' CRM experience. • Strong strategic and analytical skills. • Confident managing client relationships and presenting recommendations. • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms. • Collaborative, proactive, and commercially minded.
