CRM Manager

Your New Company A high-growth DTC subscription brand is looking to hire a CRM Manager to take ownership of customer retention and lifecycle marketing during an exciting period of growth and investment. Your New Role This is an opportunity to rebuild and relaunch the CRM function from the ground up. Working closely with the Head of Growth, you'll own the CRM strategy across email, SMS and customer lifecycle communications, taking activity in-house and establishing CRM as a key commercial growth channel.
