About the role: We’re looking for a Customer Account Manager to support and grow our existing customer base. This role sits at the centre of our customer facing functions, ensuring customers are well supported, opportunities are progressed and nothing falls through the gaps. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions, supporting commercial activity and providing visibility internally on customer needs and feedback.
