Customer Care Specialist (Temporary Contract)Location: Redditch, Worcestershire Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Salary: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour Contract: Temporary until approximately November 2026 OverviewWe are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Care Specialist to join a busy and professional customer care team on a temporary basis. This role sits at the heart of service delivery, supporting customers through every stage of their journey and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer experience. As the first point of contact, you will represent the business with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, managing enquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues to build strong and lasting customer relationships.
