Salary:£26,227.50 per annum
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services Administrator to join a growing and customer-focused organisation. This role plays a key part in supporting the Customer Services function, ensuring customer enquiries, service requests and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused and confident communicating with both customers and external suppliers.
Working Hours & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding deliveries, collections and service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service tickets.
• Ensure customers receive timely communication and resolutions to their enquiries.
• Assist in managing customer expectations and delivering a high level of customer service.
Supplier & Vendor Coordination
• Liaise with external suppliers and service providers to obtain updates on deliveries and collections.
• Monitor outstanding actions and follow up to ensure commitments are met.
• Escalate any service issues where appropriate and support resolution processes.
Administration
• Maintain accurate customer and supplier information within internal systems.
• Ensure all enquiries, requests and updates are recorded correctly.
• Process administrative tasks efficiently and within agreed service levels.
• Manage documentation and support ongoing process improvements.
Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with colleagues across multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support customer requirements.
• Contribute positively to team objectives and service standards.
Shared Inbox Management
• Monitor and manage incoming customer communications.
• Prioritise and distribute enquiries appropriately.
• Ensure service level agreements and response times are consistently achieved.
Skills & Experience
• Previous administration and/or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively and manage multiple tasks.
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
