Customer Service Administrator

Customer Service Administrator £29,000 We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our client's friendly and busy team. This is a varied role where you'll provide administrative support, deliver excellent customer service and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing a professional and helpful service. • Prepare customer quotations and assist with product and order enquiries. • Process customer orders and supplier orders using the CRM system. • Coordinate returns and repairs, keeping customers updated throughout the process. • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure orders are delivered on time. • Manage customer records and maintain accurate account information. • Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent ongoing support. • Assist with general administration, reporting and maintaining accurate records. • Use Microsoft Word, Excel and the CRM system to ensure all information is up to date. Skills & Experience • Previous experience within customer service, administration, sales support or office administration. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM systems. • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • A proactive and positive approach with a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
