Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 + (OTE £30,000)

We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. This is a busy, high-volume contact centre where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve a wide range of enquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The RoleAs a Customer Service Advisor, you'll manage a high volume of inbound customer calls, providing efficient and professional support while ensuring every customer receives the best possible service.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing a high volume of inbound customer calls in a busy contact centre environment.
• Resolving customer queries efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Investigating customer issues and identifying the most appropriate solutions.
• Providing accurate information about products, services and customer accounts.
• Updating customer records accurately using internal CRM and business systems.
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve more complex enquiries.
• Working towards individual and team performance targets, including quality and customer satisfaction.
• Building positive relationships with customers through every interaction.
• Maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude during busy periods.
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, takes pride in delivering excellent service and is motivated to make a positive difference with every customer interaction.
You'll ideally have:
• Around 12 months' experience within a customer-facing role such as customer service, contact centre, retail, hospitality, reception or sales support.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• A friendly, empathetic and professional telephone manner.
• The ability to remain calm and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions.
• Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence using multiple computer systems and learning new software.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
