Customer Service Advisor Woking Temp 3 months - with view to go perm £12.84p/h Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Customer Service team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide advice, guidance, and support on products while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties: • Engage with new and existing customers, providing information on appointments • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries • Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers • Schedule engineer appointments where required • Ensure diaries are optimised • Handle high volumes of customer calls and emails • Use CRM system to track all correspondence • Upsell products to customers Requirements: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Previous Customer Service experience • Experience using a CRM system • Ability to work well in a busy environment
