Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team.
The Role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to order completion. This is a varied role combining customer service, order administration, showroom support and sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and online channels.
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Providing product information, pricing and order updates.
• Building strong relationships with trade and commercial customers.
• Following up quotations and customer enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.
• Coordinating with purchasing, operations and product teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Welcoming customers to the showroom and conducting showroom tours, showcasing products and collections.
• Assisting customers with product selections and recommendations.
• Representing the business at industry exhibitions and trade shows.
• Supporting the wider team with administrative and customer service activities.
• Ensuring all customer interactions reflect the company's commitment to quality and service excellence.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
• Friendly, professional and confident when communicating with customers.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable interacting with customers both in person and over the phone.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced within customer service, customer coordination, sales support or sales administration.
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Willing to attend trade shows and occasional industry events as required.
