Customer Service & Order Processing Executive – Dental Supplies Location: Croydon, Surrey (Office Based) Salary: Up to £30,000 + Up to 20% KPI Bonus Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexibility available where required) Are you someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while keeping processes accurate and efficient? Key responsibilities: • Process customer orders received via telephone, email, website, CRM systems, and other communication channels. • Manage customer enquiries relating to orders, product availability, deliveries, and account information. • Ensure order accuracy and maintain high service standards throughout the customer journey. • Coordinate deliveries using both third-party carriers and internal delivery resources. • Proactively contact customers to confirm delivery schedules and provide updates where required. • Maintain accurate CRM records and capture valuable customer insights. • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions to support business growth. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure orders are dispatched efficiently and customer expectations are exceeded.
