Customer Service

Console Doctor are a national, Games Console, repair business. We currently have a vacancy within our customer service team. Knowledge of Games Consoles will be an advantage in this role, however, full training will be provided. The role of Customer Advisor: Our Customer Advisors are the voice of our business when it comes to helping our customers. At Console Doctor we provide top quality customer service and this is where you come in. We can offer you a busy, fast paced environment which allows you to grow and develop within your role. The opening hours of the business are between 10.00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday. This is a full-time, permanent position. Candidates will require; • A professional telephone manner • A genuine passion for customer service • Capable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent listening skills and natural empathy • Strong communication skills, with a natural flair for conversation • An openness to feedback and confidence working with others. • Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems Responsibilities and Duties • Providing a first class, personalised service to customers. • Responding to customer queries. • Processing post. • Updating case files as necessary on the in-house database. • Prioritising own case load. • Managing time to meet demands of the business.
