Join a global retail organisation undergoing a major data and AI transformation, where you'll lead the delivery of multiple high-impact initiatives, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive real, measurable outcomes. Client Details A global consumer-focused organisation undergoing a significant data and AI transformation, focused on improving how it uses data to drive smarter business decisions and operational efficiency. They are investing heavily in modernising their technology landscape, with a strong emphasis on delivering practical, high-impact data and analytics initiatives across the business. Description • Lead and deliver data and AI projects within the analytics department to meet business objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organisational goals. • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively. • Ensure high-quality data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes. • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely and successful project delivery. • Provide technical guidance on data and AI tools, frameworks, and best practices. • Monitor project progress and present updates to stakeholders regularly. • Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes and methodologies. Profile A successful Data & AI PM should have: • Proven experience in project management within the analytics or data domain. • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business contexts. • Expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting techniques. • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Job Offer • £500-650 per day - outside IR35 • Initial 6 month contract - potential extension • Hybrid working - 1-2 days per week on site
