Data Cleansing Analyst 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract £30,000 Pro Rata Harlow, Essex (Hybrid) Rise10 Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and growing organisation to recruit a Data Cleansing Analyst for a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a business-critical data improvement project, ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of data across core business systems. Working Pattern: For the first two weeks of the contract, you will be expected to work from the office more often than not to support onboarding and project delivery. Following this initial period, the role will move to a hybrid arrangement, with office attendance required for meetings and key project activities. The Role As a Data Cleansing Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing, cleansing, validating and standardising large volumes of operational and master data within NetSuite and associated business systems. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will identify and resolve data quality issues while supporting data migration, mapping and validation activities. Key Responsibilities • Review, analyse and cleanse data held within NetSuite and associated systems. • Standardise and validate large datasets to improve accuracy and consistency. • Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete and inaccurate records. • Review and maintain data hierarchies, including parent-child account structures. • Support data import, export and mapping activities. • Validate data across multiple sources to ensure completeness and integrity. • Work with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve data quality issues. • Document cleansing activities and maintain accurate audit records. • Recommend improvements to data quality processes and governance. About You • Proven experience using NetSuite (essential). • Previous experience in data cleansing, master data or operational data management. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and data validation. • Experience working with large datasets and maintaining high levels of data accuracy. • Excellent analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. • Strong communication skills with the confidence to work collaboratively with stakeholders. • SQL or other data manipulation experience would be advantageous.
