Data Engineer Specialist – Data Migration & Analytics IR35 – Outside Birmingham (3 days onsite) £420-£450 per day Until Feb 27 Overview VIQU IT are currently seeking an experienced Data Engineer required to support a large-scale systems transformation programme. The role focuses on building and optimising data pipelines, supporting migration activities, and delivering reliable datasets for reporting and analytics. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop ETL/ELT data pipelines. • Support data migration, transformation, and validation activities. • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance. • Collaborate with architects, suppliers, and stakeholders. • Support testing, UAT, and cutover activities. • Produce technical documentation and handover materials. Essential Skills • Proven experience in data engineering and large-scale data migration projects. • Strong ETL/ELT and data integration expertise. • Knowledge of data modelling, warehousing, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred). • Understanding of data governance and quality frameworks. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. • Active SC Clearence + NPPV3 Clearence Apply now to speak with VIQU IT in confidence.
