Data Engineer - Microsoft Fabric - London (Hybrid) - 2 Roles Available - Up to £75,000 (dependent on experience)
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, international business with operations across 15 countries and over 1 million services delivered each year. They're in the middle of a major data transformation, with significant investment going into Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365 and AI/automation, it's a seat at the table to help shape where their data capability goes next. Due to the scale of this transformation, they're growing the team with two Fabric Data Engineer positions - one at a more senior level (up to £75K) and one at £60-65K - so whether you're an experienced engineer ready to take ownership of complex migration work, or building your career in a modern Microsoft data stack, there's a role here to match.
You will work with
• Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouses, Pipelines, Notebooks)
• Dynamics 365 / Dataverse, supporting CRM data migration
• Complex SQL / T-SQL queries and transformation logic
• Reconciliation testing and data validation across migration projects
• Data modelling and KPI reporting requirements
• Automated data processes and pipeline improvements
• Stakeholders across technical and business teams
• Wider AI, automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Key experience
For both roles:
• Strong SQL / T-SQL skills, including complex queries
• Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience (Lakehouses, Pipelines, Notebooks)
• ETL / ELT and data engineering experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
For the senior role (up to £75K), additionally:
• Proven experience supporting CRM or Dynamics 365 data migrations
• Data reconciliation and validation experience at a project level
• Performance tuning of complex SQL/T-SQL at scale
• Confidence taking ownership of workstreams and mentoring junior team members
Desirable for both: PySpark/Python in Fabric Notebooks, Azure Data Factory/Synapse/Data Lake, Power BI, AI/ML exposure, DP-600 or DP-203 certifications.
