Data Protection Solicitor | 2+ PQE | Birmingham | Up to c£95,000 DOE | Hybrid Working A leading national law firm is looking to strengthen its specialist Data Protection & Information Governance team with the addition of a talented solicitor or experienced data protection professional. This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning practice advising on complex, high-value and often high-profile matters within an increasingly important and fast-evolving area of law. The Role You’ll play a key role within a collaborative and highly regarded team, working on a wide range of contentious data protection and information law matters, including: • Subject Access Requests (DSARs) • Freedom of Information (FOI) requests • Personal data breaches and incident response • Wider data protection and information governance issues This is a hands-on position offering exposure to challenging work, with the chance to develop your expertise in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
