Job description

• Daily data checks undertake routine data quality and cleansing tasks, including event maintenance and correcting data errors. • Patient registrations check for completeness and accuracy, updating records as required. • Patient alerts create, update and close alerts in line with Trust procedures. • System merges carry out patient record merges in accordance with local guidelines. • Routine reporting run regular reports and support updates to system master files (GP practices, postcodes, NHS numbers). • Daily Traces generate and retrieve Traces to update the NHS Portal, Summary Care Record and Medway. • Audit trails maintain accurate records of all data corrections for audit and managerial purposes. • Issue escalation identify data quality issues and trends, escalating concerns where appropriate. • Meeting support assist with producing reports for Trust Data Quality meetings. • Team support provide cover for colleagues, offer guidance to system users and contribute to process improvements. • Policy compliance ensure all work adheres to confidentiality, information governance, health and safety and Trust policies.
