The Orchard Lifehouse offers temporary housing and support for men in which every individual will know that they are valued and respected.
The role of Day Concierge provides assistance with housing management functions at the Lifehouse and is the first point of contact for everyone accessing our services. As Day Concierge you are pivotal in ensuring our vision for high quality, outcome focused support services are delivered. You should understand and work within the mission and values of The Salvation Army, acting in a professional and ethical way at all times when representing the organisation.
Successful candidate will have:
• Excellent customer service and people management skills with ability to provide efficient front of house service.
• Passion of creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
• Knowledge of legislation relating to Health and Safety and safeguarding of service users and staff.
• Excellent planning, organising and time management skills, proficient in a range of IT packages.
