Are you passionate about delivering exceptional dementia care and looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely make a difference? Bright Selection is delighted to be supporting a premium care provider in the appointment of a Dementia Care Manager for one of their luxury care homes in Essex. This is a fully supernumerary leadership role, offering the opportunity to lead and develop two dementia communities, supporting residents, families and your team to deliver truly relationship-centred care. Working alongside an experienced General Manager and senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in embedding best practice, developing your team and continually improving the dementia community as occupancy continues to grow. The Role • Lead and develop two dementia communities • Champion high-quality, person-centred dementia care. • Coach, mentor and support the care team. • Drive continuous improvement and best practice. • Build positive relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals. • Work closely with the wider management team to deliver outstanding resident experiences. • Fully supernumerary About You • Previous experience in a Dementia Care Manager, Dementia Lead, Clinical Lead or senior leadership role within elderly care. • Strong knowledge of dementia care and current best practice. • Dementia qualification or relevant specialist training desirable. • Passionate about improving standards and developing others. • Confident leading teams and driving positive change. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
