Demolition Supervisor

Are you an experienced Demolition Supervisor looking to join a busy, growing contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across East Anglia? We're looking for a hands-on supervisor who can lead site teams, maintain the highest safety standards and deliver demolition projects efficiently from start to finish. The Role • Supervise demolition teams on site • Plan and coordinate daily site activities • Ensure compliance with health & safety, RAMS and site procedures • Complete site paperwork, reports and toolbox talks • Work closely with Contracts Managers to deliver projects safely and on schedule About You You'll have: • At least 5 years' demolition industry experience • CCDO Gold Demolition Supervisor Card (held for a minimum of 2 years) • Demolition Awareness NVQ • SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable) • Full UK driving licence • A proactive, safety-first approach and strong leadership skills • Flexibility to travel and occasionally stay away when required What's on Offer • £20 per hour • Company pension and life cover • 31 days holiday (including bank holidays) • Company uniform and PPE • Health & wellbeing programme with 24/7 GP access • Free on-site parking If you're ready to take the next step in your demolition career and work on a wide variety of projects across East Anglia, we'd love to hear from you.
