Site Supervisor

The Role We’re looking for Site Supervisors to join our team delivering works across the Southampton area, supporting programmes including void properties, kitchen and bathroom (K&B) installations and major repairs. This is a key supervisory role where you will manage site operations, coordinate teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality. Working as part of a wider delivery team, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day site activities while maintaining strong relationships with clients, residents, operatives and stakeholders. What You’ll Do * Manage and supervise site operations across multiple projects * Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery of works * Oversee works within void properties, K&B programmes and major repairs * Ensure all works are completed to required quality standards and specifications * Carry out site inspections, quality checks and snagging * Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, including CDM * Complete risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) * Monitor progress against programme and report on performance * Manage site resources, materials and budgets effectively * Maintain clear communication with residents, operatives and clients * Use PDA systems or similar for reporting, documentation and information capture * Support and guide teams on installation works including kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms About You You’re an experienced Site Supervisor with a proven track record of managing site operations and leading teams within construction or refurbishment environments. You’re confident coordinating multiple trades, maintaining high standards, and building strong working relationships on site.
