You'll oversee operational teams, manage budgets, develop staff and work closely with customers to maintain exceptional service standards while identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability. Key Responsibilities • Lead and develop depot teams • Manage operational performance and KPIs • Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee development • Manage budgets and operational costs • Ensure compliance with Operator Licence legislation • Promote a positive health & safety culture • Build strong customer relationships • Coordinate fleet, workshop and third-party haulage providers • Drive continuous improvement across depot operations Depot Operations Manager Essential Skills • CPC qualification • Proven operational leadership experience • Experience within waste management, logistics or a similar operational environment • Strong people management and coaching skills • Commercial awareness and budget management experience • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Good IT skills • Full UK Driving Licence • LGV Class 2 licence desirable To Be ConsideredPlease either apply through this advert or email me directly via .
