Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) Worcestershire £55,000pa - £60,000pa depending on skills and experience Bright Selection is delighted to be supporting a local care home with the appointment of a Clinical Deputy Manager for one of its more established nursing homes. This is a rare opportunity to join a successful nursing home with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Working alongside an experienced Home Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the clinical team, maintaining exceptional standards and helping to shape the continued success of the home. As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will: ·Provide clinical leadership and support the day-to-day management of the home. ·Lead and mentor the nursing team, promoting best practice and high standards of care. ·Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and robust clinical governance. ·Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain excellent resident outcomes. ·Build positive relationships with residents, families and external healthcare professionals. ·Deputise for the Home Manager when required. To be successful in this role, you will have: ·Current NMC registration (RGN or RMN). ·Experience in a senior clinical role within an elderly care or nursing home setting. ·Strong leadership and people management skills. ·A sound understanding of CQC requirements, governance and quality standards. ·A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care to older people.
